Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DigiLays, we strive to provide high-quality digital assets. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we maintain a strict refund policy:

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content (which cannot be “returned”), all sales are final. Once you receive access to the download link or Google Drive, we cannot issue a refund.

• Exceptional Cases: We only consider refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.

  • Corrupt Files: If the digital file is proven to be corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

• Cancellation: You may cancel an order only if the payment has not yet been processed. Once the link is delivered to your email or WhatsApp, cancellation is no longer possible.
